This place has delicious food, the green chili that they put in the small containers is a soft to mild chili depending on how you feel it. The chaufa rice is delicious and would 100% recommend it to those who want to try Peruvian dishes.

I am marrying a Peruvian for a reason! The food is great but it’s all about the chicken and that green sauuuuuuuuuce. Her cousin comes from Peru from time to time and buys a container of just the green sauce when he’s in the state. The chicken is also where it’s at. The meat is juicy and it falls off the bone. Out the two together and you have an amazing family meal. Make sure to bring wet wipes, you’re gonna wanna get greasy and dirty with this chicken.

We used to get lomo and pollo a la brasa when I lived a few miles away, and while it’s not the best Peruvian food I’ve ever had (nothing beats home cooked or some of the restaurants in Paterson and Passaic) the food here is definitely the best Peruvian food in THIS area. When i first moved down to Bridgewater i remember driving all over trying to find a good place, and this ended up being the best and more consistent ones around. I’ve tried other places in central Jersey and some were god awful like some I’ve been to in south bound brook. Def come here vs going there! Alfajores were not good tho...wouldn’t get those
