Had the unfortunate experience with a different local music place instead of going to DUNKLEYS FIRST!!! As soon as I walked in, I felt instantly comfortable and welcomed. No credit check needed! I go here to get my cello fixed and repaired. They are very reliable and helpful. Over all, this is the best music store I have been in.
I love going in here, mainly for Deborah! She has the store so well-organized, and really knows her stuff. She's always attentive (but not TOO much) and helpful. She needs to do some training for the employees in their other store!
