Don't use this company PERIOD. Follow through with their own vendors and supplier is unreliable. Customer service lacks efficient initiative to solve issues that won't leave you or your child with special needs without the supplies they need.

I have dealt in the past with many DME companies for both my mother, father and now my sister. The customer service Representatives I dealt with were so kind and compassionate. The supervisor of the department is so knowledgeable and took time to go through each and every item that was on the RX. She even explained the use of each item for my sisters colostomy. Thank goodness for this company and god bless each and everyone of them! Bayshore you are the only DME company I will ever deal with!
