I was a patient at this facility during this crazy time and the staff took great care of me. Everyone from housekeeping to cleaning my room, the assistants to helping me, nurses giving me medication, and therapy getting me on my feet to social workers arrangement for me to go home. The head nurse explained to my son he could visit me through the window but not to open the window, we would have to talk by phone. It’s small precautions like this that keep everyone safe and I was able to return home. I would highly recommend this place and almost needed it a second time this summer but thankfully I was able to go home.

My sister was there a day in a half and was sent back to duke after they said she tried to hurt herself(mind you she cant do for herself or even respond to people) was called 2 or 3 hours before from social asking for hundreds of dollars out of pocket that we didnt have. Then she was sent back to duke where they knew it was not factual. They set her back so much after she had came so far from her brain trauma.

Some excellent staff members, especially in physiotherapy! Thumbs up to Eddie and Michael!!!! Great nurses and other members of the staff, for the most part. However, some are angry employees and should be removed from the facility! Food ranges from delicious to barely satisfactory. Portion sizes too small for adult men; I lost weight eating their meals. I am finally gaining it back. Covid has made living at Brian Center difficult ; but that is true all over the U.S. Loud and unruly patients need to be separated from the rest of the residents.

To the staff at Brian Center Southpoint, I want to thank everyone for the excellent care, concern and quality of care and service provided to my mom. My brother chose this facility not solely based on google reviews or the compare site. He visited 2 different random times and was greeted by warm, smiling staff, this sealed it for us. Family and friends visited mom daily. Each and everyone of us have first hand accounts of the professionalism, care, dignity and respect shown to mom, our family and friends. Thank you very much for giving mom the very best in health care and attending her medical needs. We all visited your facility and our mom during random times, unannounced visits, various hours, every shifts and every day of the week. During each and every instance, everyone of you created a welcoming and friendly environment. You always greeted us with a smile, caring be professional attitude. Each and everyone of you has significantly contributed to mom’s recovery rate. WE THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
