I worked with Terry (Tarun) at Jared a few days ago. I came into the store knowing what I wanted but without any intentions of buying. Terry is very knowledgable about jewelry. Also, very personable. He offered me a great chain that wasn't just great, but a great fit for me. Terry also offered me a store credit card with 0% down payment for 12 months. Furthermore, he offered to answer any questions I may have after the sale is made.

Have postponed my engagement plans for weeks waiting for this store to open. After weeks of waiting, finally, the website says open. What a disappointment to arrive at the store and it clearly is not open. Sign outside says to call a number for an appointment but no one answered. Thanks for the buzzkill. Ill take my buisness elsewhere.

My husband and I had the most amazing buying experience, excellent customer service, and more like made new friends with Terry and Amber!!! They are literally the “cream of the crop” at this location. Their professionalism, their attention to detail, and their knowledge goes unmatched. I have shopped at several different Jared’s in different cities and states for nearly 10 years, and has never had service on this level. Traveling 2 1/2 hours to Durham was well worth the time!
