Jay is a great guy but I think we had really bad timing. I rode my bike to his place and asked for an oil change at the end of October. I also mentioned a few other issues that he said he'd take a look at. He asked for 80 upfront to replace a specific part. We stayed in contact for a few weeks then he stopped answering my messages. I had to physically show up to his home and knock on his door. Early December, it looked like we were done and I started the bike but it wouldn't move. So I went from riding the bike to his shop asking for an oil change, to "replacing" a part and no longer being able to ride her. He spent more time on the bike, but no longer responded to calls or texts. I came back, knocked on his door, his roommate answered and gave me my keys. I ordered a tow to take the bike to a garage. They said I needed about 750 worth of work done including an oil change. Jay never did the oil change I originally asked for. I don't actually know if he did anything to my bike at all. I'm sure he does good work, but this was the experience I had with him. I forgot to mention, while my bike was with him, it was parked on the street, uncovered, and I have parking tickets to take care of now.

5- stars. This is my 2nd bike taken to Jason. He is willing to come to you as well. He helped me paint my bike, fixed the brake lights & blinkers. BEST PRICE IN TOWN! Thanks again

My bike broke down in a parking lot. I called Jay and he was at the parking lot that afternoon. He worked his way through the issue and fixed it in 3 hours. He was knowledgable and easy to work with. Having someone come out to do the repair was very convenient (no towing or dropping bike off).

I have a 03 star 650 that had a shifter come off.pch power sports dumped on me and told me they could not fix it because it was an 03.jay went by their shop got the bike and fixed it in a few hours and it was only 120 out the door. He was very professional.

Jay was great. Swapped out both tires on my KLR. Dropped it off and picked it up in just in just a few short hours.
