Absolutely the worst company to deal with. They can't invest in simple bill paying/account options for their customers. They make it so hard to pay them. It's a miracle their ancient business is still afloat. On top of that they charge a mandatory fee for using their ancient online system. They charged me 4.75 to simply make a payment online directly through my bank account. On top of that they would charge over 7 for a debit card transaction for a simple 100 payment.

Thieves backed by the US financial system!! I've been paying a monthly payment on time, since inception of a loan for over a decade, yet they have reported the account late/delinquent to the credit agencies incorrectly, multiple times, and have done nothing to fix it! The Texas Attorney general has been no help, but I'm hopeful to get a response from the office of Ted Cruz.
