My DYSON had significantly lost its suction. When I took my vacuum into this store, Justin took it apart and let me know the only problem was that I needed to clean the filter. He didn’t even charge me for doing so. Since I’m looking to upgrade soon, Justin told me about each of the vacuums that would best work for the floors in my home. He was ridiculously knowledgeable which I really appreciated and also super friendly. When I do upgrade, this location will definitely be getting my money!

I am very dissatisfied with the poor service I received here. I have a Dyson AM04 Hot Cool Fan that needed a new power cord. There were some screws missing and the associates would not order the missing parts and kept insisting I could just trade in my fan and receive a discount. I am very disappointed that your center is trying to make a sale rather than fix my fan which would be more cost effective for me. I have had to reach out to another Dyson Service Center to get proper information on the parts needed to fix my fan. Update: Thank you so much Brad for helping to resolve my issue. Your customer service was excellent and greatly appreciated. I will continue to be a loyal Dyson customer.

My husband dropped out vacuum off to get it fixed and we were expecting to pay a good chunk. It was kind busted open and admittedly our fault. They fixed it for free and got it back to us in 2 days! Great and timely service! We appreciate the first time on the house fix!
