Today my wife and I had the most enjoyable customer service experience! We had been researching for about a month for a Dyson V7/Animal battery. After tireless efforts, and unanswered responses, we were SO PLEASED with finding the Dyson Service Center! Chris the staffer who answered our call, answered ALL our questions and concerns. Advised we could come in today for curb-side service. The tech (Chad) was personable and professional! They expedited the replacement, recognized the warranty info, and offered a replacement and install absolutely free of charge! During these tumultuous times battling the pandemic, it is SO REFRESHING experiencing GREAT customer service and assistance! KUDOS to Chris, Chad, and All personnel providing excellent and expert support! Support this business asap!

Today, I dropped by Dayson service center. The staff was nice and so kind. It was impressive. My vaccuum didn't work. So I explained this fact and then he changed my vaccuum. It's new one. Also I didn't know how to clean up my vaccuum but, he explained it kindly. It was good exprience. I do recommend this service center. I really appreciate your perfect service. Thank you :)

What is in a name? Dyson products solely! Attentive phone service and curbside response however, if it is not a Dyson just stay home and keep hunting. Robot vacuum repairs are a hard handle to grasp currently. Main objections sited are simply parts are not available or in stock. Currently 8 and 0 on repair shops myself. Vacuum repairs hesitate because it is more electronic repair oriented and of course electronic repair shops do not anticipate vacuums. Market opportunity for you gunners on an emerging market.

Absolute professionals and outstanding customer service. Dyson stands behind their products and the employees at this service center are terrific. Brought in a V10 today for the 2nd time in about 2 years. First time, replaced a failing battery with no questions asked and this time they an issue with the trigger and also installed a new filter—-all under warranty. Dyson is one of those brands I’ll buy for life.

Wow! Five stars I don’t think so, more like ten! Polite , professional and went above and beyond! The warrenty was out of date by a month or so for our vacuum , but they went ahead gave it a tune-up to have running at optimal performance. In addition provided new part at no cost with quick education on how to make it last. Dyson is pricey, but worth it for this kind of support and service.
