The owner is a pleasure to be around. I've been with epac for 4 years and love it! One time I accidentally left a 45 tip on an invoice and let her know about it. With no hesitation refunded me the minute she saw it! I highly recommend this place.

Posted opening/closing hours are not in sync with goggle listed hours; huge inconvenience to customers. Literally just walked in moments ago and was told "I can't provide a receipt for your drop off, go across the street to the post office." This is not the first time I've experienced absolutely HORRIBLE customer service at this facilty. I will NOT return furthermore, I'll absolutely be sure to share my experience with others. Wow!
