Horrible experience. Left a disabled gentleman outside waiting for over 30 min, while letting other in, causing him confusion and distress. Just rude, but still very helpful to the old, rich clients.

I highly recommend Dr. McInnes! I had a bump on my eyelid that had to be removed and I felt really nervous having someone working on my eye like that. Dr. McInnes has a very calm vibe and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. He explained what he was doing along the way and I appreciated that. Very clean and professional office.

Dr. Mcinnes and his staff provided 5 star treatment for me! I had an eye accident late on a Friday afternoon and needed to be seen quickly. Several of my calls to other practices went unanswered. I was pleasantly surprised when Dr. Mcinnes actually picked up the on-call number on the second ring. He told me he would meet me at his office in 15 minutes. He was able to treat my problem, charged me a fair price, and was kind and helpful through a stressful event. I highly recommend Aesthetic Eye. As a bonus, there are some really cool Navy pictures in the office!
I can not express enough how great Dr. McInnes and his staff are! I am so happy with the results of my surgery and very thankful I was referred to his office. My pharmacist even commented how great he is, because of taking a call after hours and helping adjust my medication. I was fortunate enough to have gotten the opportunity to shadow Dr. McInnes before I started PA school and he is the very embodiment of what it means to be a great healthcare provider. He not only possesses a plethora of knowledge, but he is also extremely compassionate. Whether he is performing surgery or seeing patients in the clinic, Dr. McInnes makes sure you are taken care of from start to finish. His staff is amazing and they make you feel like you're part of the family. Note: My mother-in-law also had a blepharoplasty done by him and she is more than pleased with her results. Looks great and she can see much better!
