Daughter has a history of recurrent strep throat and knew once she had symptoms that's what it was. Her pediatricians office wouldn't even seen her without a negative COVID test. However, her symptoms with strep escalate rapidly and severely so getting her on an antibiotic STAT was crucial. Walked in and out of STAT with a strep test and antibiotics in less than an hour with the whole COVID narrative being pushed on us. The girl at check in was so incredibly quick, thorough and kind! The triage nurse was phenomenal and super friendly. And the doctor was child friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and kind as well. Highly recommend! Also found out the other side of STAT will be an actual hospital as of February! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Fast service and staff treated us promptly and very professional. The only negative was that we were transferred to Del Rio, which we had a terrible experience, I suggest they transfer patients to San Antonio. But with the problem, Araceli, the nurse, kept apologizing and was fast to resend the documents needed to the other hospital and was truly concern about our son's health.
