A great option for moving if you don't have a whole house of furniture. We moved all household goods (clothing, dishes, tools, etc., and a king size mattress and box springs) from St. Louis to SW Florida and the price was very reasonable. We also kept the pod at our house in St. Louis for several months so we could pack when it was convenient. Definitely fair price and good value!

IF I could give them zero stars I would. They will not answer the phone. There is no local number. They arbitrarily rescheduled my delivery and rather that getting it to me ASAP they moved the date 4 days. Rude, unhelpful. Don’t return calls, long hold times.

We have been very happy with your service! Getting it delivered on time and lots of great communication leading up to each delivery and pickup. We were able to fit so much in it to get our house ready to list and then able to have the POD delivered to our new home when it was ready. Nothing was shifted or damaged upon arrival. It is the easiest way to move a lot at once and get rid of the clutter before listing your house! We highly recommend using PODS!

I looked on the website for available days before I called. When I called to set everything up the dates did not appear for the representative. She was very nice. Unfortunately, I had to go with another company that could accommodate the dates I needed.

Expensive, but well worth it. They deliver the PODS unit, You pack it yourself, they pick it up and store it. If you are moving, PODS will move it to wherever. Our 5 PODS (4@16' and 1@7') were moved from NJ to MO (over 830 miles) and everything arrived the way we packed it. Things were damaged because of my poor packing, not their pickup, moving, storage or dropoff. My only issue with PODS (and lack of that 5th star) is mainly due to COVID-19... It was VERY DIFFICULT to get our PODS delivered in our new place in the timeframe we wanted which resulted in having to pay for an additional month storage on 3 of our units. I honestly feel PODS should have at least discounted that storage or delivery. I hope I'll never move again, but if I do, I'll use PODS and highly recommend them as well.
