One thing that I think makes a health care office stand out is their front desk staff and how they treat the patient/customer. At Easley AFC Urgent Care, I spoke with several different office staff with questions of my own or routine call backs in preparation for my visit. Each person I spoke with was as kind and understanding as the last. I couldn’t have asked for better treatment. My Telemed PA/MD was equally as understanding and respected my time as well as their own. Overall I had a very positive experience and would call them again if needed.

Covid testing with ease. No one one wants to have to go for a Covid test but I'm glad I went to AFC. It's easy to sign up on their website, quick phone call to make sure they have all your information correct, virtual visit and rapid curbside testing. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional. I had my results in 20 minutes. hoping I never have to take the test again but if I do I will go back to AFC.

I patronized this facility because my own physicians office could not see me for four weeks. While my issue was not an emergency, it was urgent and could not wait. I had a very good experience with this facility. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The doctor, L. Moody, was amazing. She was genuinely concerned for my issue and made me feel valued. There was a bit of a long wait due to a medical emergency that took priority, as it should have. Over all, I would highly recommend AFC Urgent Care
