I've never owned a home that used propane before, and due to our error, we were nearly empty during a cold snap. Other, bigger companies didn't have any options for delivery for weeks out. Blossman was able to get out the same day for an emergency refill--the fees to fill were probably higher than others, but the ability to get our tanked refilled quickly was so appreciated. Their staff was helpful and thoughtful, and I am very glad we were able to get help so quickly. Lesson learned!

We, my parents and I have been with Blossman gas sense probably 1981 or 82 and I have to say these folks have been . We have a tank still as do most folks in the Pumkintown area of Pickens. When my parents Rents sold me the house I opted to do the budjet/ annual membership deal paying a set price monthly based off our previous year usage. I never have to call to refill our tank and we have never run low on gas. Great folks to deal with. Thank you all for your great service. Tom and Audra Ragland.
Awful customer service! Employees are rude and not helpful at all. Have been a customer for over 25 years and every time we deal with them , they are difficult. Have an exposed gas line at back of home that runs on a hill. No one is willing to come out and help with problem. I feel we are stuck with this awful company.
Called to see if they had any generators and they said that they would have to be ordered. The problem was that the woman on the phone had this \uh huh\ every time I said something to her, even when I was saying goodbye. Customer service over the phone was terrible. They may have great products but if that is how they act when you call, they can forget it.
