I have been to a couple different Bottle and Can return places and they have been great! If you have read anything I have posted before you know customer service is very important to me and always number one so when I say their customer service was great it was! But if you have a bad experience comment here and let me and everyone else know. This place so far has not disappointed me, great job all! And thank you for taking all of my bottles and cans!

Great customer service! I have been taking bottles and cans here for about 6 years now. The “Man with the glasses” always greats me with a hello and asks how I am doing. There is also either good music playing or a show to watch on the big screen TV as he counts. The service is always fast and also courteous. A few times over the years there have been customers with young children or elderly people that the staff ask me if they can go first. It shows the staff is thoughtful. They also support the community by having an option to donate to local charities and I see many youth groups taking advantage of this opportunity they provide. Overall it has been a pleasure doing business with Cash for Cans in East Aurora, I will continue taking all my recycling there and I highly recommend them!

I’ve been going here for years. Speedy service. The guy working there that wears glasses keeps everything running smoothly. Just last week I observed him working with new customers to clearly explain the process and the safety rules for glass bottles. Very helpful. Always has music playing to liven the place up.

Go to the on transit and Seneca. The people there don’t have attitudes. Just cause you made bad life choices do t take it out on the customer
