Reached out about adopting a cat and was told I live too far away and they only wanted to adopt locally. I only live an hour away and own a car and the drive is absolutely no big deal whatsoever and told them this but still told me the same response. Why list on petfinder if you want to only have someone adopt in the same city?
I did not like the attitude of the employee that worked there. I asked for a list of the animal shelters since they did not have any kittens just cats. The employee got the list but was not happy that I did not want one of their cats. Plus the charge 150 for a cat when the animal shelter charged 95. A major savings, which I used for my kitten supplies
