Update: haven't heard from them ever since, I'm going somewhere else! What a fiasco. In a very rude way, my appointment yesterday was canceled. Last minute. Not the email, nor the texts I'd received said anything about bringing in the prescription paper. And since I had given ALL the information online, including the approval number etc. from my insurance, I didn't think bringing the physical prescription was necessary. This being said, I arrived at the location with enough time prior to the appointment, to drive back home and get the paperwork, so I offered to do that. But the woman on the other side of the line kept on babbling in a very nasty tone of voice. And after stalling me for ten more minutes she snapped at me, you have 5 minutes to go get your paperwork or we cancel the appointment. To that I told her to start working on her social skills, wished her a good day and ended the conversation. The woman who answered the phone at this institute is not suitable to work in a healthcare environment, she is rude and inhumane. I hope that the personnel that takes care of the patients medical procedures are of far better quality.

I had an appointment for Ultrasound test today at the University radiology lab in Monroe Township, N. J. I was very impressed with the way I was tested and treated by the Ultrasound technician. She was very professional and went beyond the required test to make sure tests provided adequate information for my physician. She was very polite and professional. I have not seen this level of professionalism and patient-care before.

They took great steps at the East Brunswick location due to covid to make me feel safe. And Cassie the pediatric tech was very nice and made me feel comfortable. I was out within the hour, no wait time if you check in on your phone.

I have been going to East Brunswick. I have probably had 50 procedures done there, and it has always been the same professional atmosphere. Even with the virus and before, they are kind courteous people who will help you in any way they can. The place is impeccably clean! From the bathrooms to the exam rooms. Having gone there for at least 7 years, I highly recommend if you are having a test done to go there! You can’t go wrong!
