Highly recommend! Best Kia Service shop in the northeast. They always have availability, whereas almost all others are booked like two months out. I recently got an oil change and I guess they noticed my bumper hanging off as well and fixed it with no charge. Just great service all around. They always ask me why do I come all the way out to east Hartford even though I live in Massachusetts. They answered their own question.

I ordered a customized 2021 Telluride with Kia of East Hartford. We had changed salespeople throughout the process because someone left but Juwan picked up and was great. The order was correct and I absolutely love my car. We did all the numbers ahead of time so when I went to pick up the car we just had to sign papers and go. Great experience and my husband and I will be back to buy out his lease next month.

I felt so overwhelmed walking into a car dealership after loosing a car that I owned for many years. My attitude wasn't the best because I was sad about loosing my truck in a accident. As soon as I walked in, I was introduced to Tom Thibodeau and my goodness what an amazing experience I had after that. He managed to make me laugh through my tears and I walked out with a nice blue(my favorite color)Kia Forte. He make sure I was comfortable and gave me all the time necessary for me to express my concerns and frustrations. I highly recommend him and I thank him for making my experience better than I expected. Ask for him you won't regret it.
