As a runner and graduate student, I basically experience chronic muscle aches. I've used it after workouts and races while stretching and have had my husband rub it into my shoulders and back in the evenings. I've yet to dabble in aromatherapy or other lotions and balms, but I love that you can test each of the products in their office! I used to think effective essential oils had to be pricey, but Harmony Naturals has demonstrated that they most definitely can be affordable!
