I was so surprised with how easy and simple the process was to sell my car to Fercen! All I had to do was get an estimate online, wait for Art to evaluate the car, sign paperwork, and get my payment! Everything took about less than 1.5 hours. Echeverria was great with explaining the process and I really appreciated his honesty. I visited this dealership and after deciding on a car, the manager assured me that the vehicle was in good working condition. I purchased the car in January and, a week later, several warning lights turned on. Now, in April, the car began smoking from underneath and got noisy. I took it in for service, and was told that the vehicle needed repairs totaling nearly 1,500.00. I returned to the dealership, and the best suggestion I received from the salesman was to trade it in for another car at another dealership. I feel deceived and scammed due to their dishonesty about the vehicle's condition, and I strongly suggest you steer away from this dealership unless you want to lose money.
As a first time buyer let me say that this was such a smooth and easy going transaction. This was one of many dealerships I stopped at but the only one that made me feel comfortable. Ruben was so helpful and transparent about everything and helped get me a lower purchase price on my Lexus. I cannot recommend this place enough for those looking to buy a preowned vehicle. Extremely helpful and polite staff that don’t try to oversell you.
