Went to this dealership for a warranty repair. The problem was a bad CV axle shaft which slung grease all over the side of the engine and suspension . They preformed the repair fine but did not clean off the grease. I specifically ask them to do this when they made the initial repair. I took the car back and they said they cleaned it but they did not. I took the car back again today and again they said they cleaned it but again they did not. I now have a car that is only a few years old (and we keep it very clean) with grease all over the side of the engine and suspension that I will have clean myself. How hard is it to clean up when you make a repair? This should be part of proper repair service. I made a total of 4 trips to the dealership because of this which equates to more than 100 miles on my car, I'm very disappointed with this and will not return to this dealership. UPDATE: In response to the owner who said they were sorry they couldn't get every piece of grease removed from my vehicle. The problem was that they didn't even touch the grease on the engine or undercarriage area. all they did was pressure wash the engine compartment, probably from the top and I questioned from the start if they would be able to get it because of the location of the mess. I have included before and after pictures (I cleaned it off myself) of the areas and you can clearly see that the grease wasn't even touched because the splatters are perfect and there are no signs of wiping or even being sprayed with water or anything. My point to this is if the technician would have done this when the old axle was out while everything was apart before installing the new one it would have been a lot easier.
