I wanted to check out availability and price of a Sienna van so I set an appointment through the internet. As I arrived at the dealership and got out of my vehicle I saw a person came out the show room and welcome me. I told him I have an appointment to get information about a Sienna Van. He introduce me that he is a sale's person and will help me, although he could not find my appointment. He showed me two different models and their specification and their availability. He was very cordial and polite to provide me all the information I needed. He offered to test drive the Van I was interested and explained all different features in this vehicle. I was amazed with sales person and ask him to get the price of this Van. He provided me a good price and I ended up buying this vehicle. I was so happy that I did not go through any pressure or Hassle. My sale's person name is Mr Roberto M. Vazquez. He is very cordial, knowledgeable and experienced sale person.
