Hello, I just wanted to say that my buying experience was pretty good. It got a little mixed up because I settled on a particular vehicle that was not in stock at the time. My Salesperson (Wayne) is a great guy and stayed on top of things throughout my purchase. He got a vehicle for me and the rest was easy. I've been to a couple of JEEP dealers for sales and service in the past. Elmwood is far and above in customer service. Thanks to your staff we have the vehicle we wanted at a fair price. Dealership sold me a beautiful looking 2006 Jeep Wrangler with a rotted frame. Look at photos. Gave me 500. back as I thought it only needed a patch. When I realized it needed a new frame, they asked me to bring car back and told me they were going to run it through the auction. I refused as I had already put money into the vehicle and paid sales tax. Also, I did not want anyone else to inherit my new problem. Asked them to do the right thing and split cost of new frame, which they denied. Do your homework on used vehicles bought here. I can't bad mouth the new car dealership but I have every right to voice my grievance against Dennis and Al of the used car division as i spent 12,000. for this used 2006 jeep.

Dede in service is a ROCK STAR!!! Not only did she get a car in for a calibration right away,. she had it ready in only a couple hours!! Definitely went above and beyond knowing that I needed the vehicle back as quickly as possible, I will continue to send any cars that need service here, again Dede is amazing and Elmwood is lucky to have such a great employee!!
