Was disappointed with the final product. I purchased quartz for my new kitchen from Stone Plus Design. The owner came out, measured and made templates of my counter top. There needed to be two seams in the quartz, I thought no problem. However, when the quartz was installed the seams were a problem. The 1st seam was close in background color, but the 2nd seam was totally off. The quartz on the left side of the seam had a white background with gray tones and the right side of the seam had a white background with no gray tones. The owner came to look at the quartz and saw the problem. He provided me with two options, keep the quartz and he would give me a 2000 credit or he would order a new slab and replace the right side of the seam. Wanting my new kitchen to be perfect, I chose the latter. About one week later, the owner had the new slab and asked us to come to the store to look at it, which I did. At this point the owner told me that it’s either this piece of quartz or the 2000 credit and once I sign off on the slab, it was mine. Thinking it was close, I signed off on the slab. Unfortunately, when installed, the new piece still doesn’t match and now I’m stuck with a piece of quartz that I’m not happy with. If there is a lesson to be learned, don’t buy inexpensive quartz, the quality control is not where it should and needs to be!

Had a new quartz countertop installed by Stone Plus. From Beginning to end the experience was excellent. They were always professional, they were always very knowledgeable and helpful with picking out products. The price was better than anyone else and the selection was also much better. The scheduling, installation, post installation was smooth as can be. These are good honest people, I would use then for any stone, tile, kitchen, bathroom work. Thanks.
