Worked with Kennedy's to get a natural gas insert for a very small old fireplace. They were prompt in returning our calls and coming out to give us a free quote. They even came back in timely manner a second time to due some custom measurements for items we decided we wanted after the fact. Installation was planned and executed well (which was complicated as a lift rental was needed to access our chimney) without any issues. We are extremely satisfied with Kennedy's service and our fireplace. By far the best company I've worked while trying to restore an old home!

The store is out there a bit, but worth the drive. Nice store. Lots of stoves to choose from. Very friendly and helpful staff. Got the chimney liner I needed. Now we are warm!
