If you need to talk to them, you should set aside a day to hold and wait for a representative to pick up the phone. As for their on-line payment, it didn't work for me, would not accept acct number. If you want to submit a complaint on their website, well that doesn't work either. I have never been so frustrated as to wait 30 mins or more on the phone to speak to a representative and still not reach a rep. Customer care is not their priority.

Very unpleasant much needed evaluation, and audit, unprofessional and communication skills are insensitive, and indirect. Much needed sense that these are people as should be treated as if we are. this company relations mean absolutely nothing but a check for their own agenda. Very poor work ethic and no appreciation for the common resident. Hopefully more will speak on the aggressive nature customer service is demonstrating while the customer is merely of answers and care. Within the cooperate office I have no idea never spoke with administration yet, this is my experience on every occasion with this company Never spoke with anyone who helps and we all need sewage, sad sad sad.
