In March I paid for a complete pool opening and was scheduled for May 16. Of course it comes with a caveat that things could change - BUT they would reach out if the date couldn’t be honored. Here we are, Sunday 17 May. The pool isn’t open and I got no email, no phone call ... We have a contract for service, which I paid for - yet it was not honored. Horrible service.

I had an inground pool installed by Jason it has been a complete nightmare I would never recommend this company after being told if I purchased a heater through him he would cover all the warranty issues and it’s been over three years now still no heater paid over 4000 to get it installed for nothing. They replaced one heater that didn’t work and one the second heater didn’t work they completely ignore the issues i simply asked give me my money back or give me a different heater that works also Have had liner issues with the pool Since day one the original liner had a stain in it which Jason did replace although the new liner he replace keeps slipping out of the tracks they keep having to come back and tuck the liner back in. also after getting some wrinkles at the bottom of the pool being asked to drain it they came back to fix it and there was still wrinkles at the bottom of the pool and I paid for trucks of water to refill it. Now the owner Jason will not return my calls or take care of anything for me completely disgusted and disappointed that I spent over 40,000 with this company not the dream pool we had hoped for jason only returned your calls when he’s getting money from you
the two sales women at the counter are wonderful, but he service is terrible. long delays in getting service after opening pool. you practically have to beg them to come and do a repair or additional filter cleaning.
Just had saltwater liner pool installed by Jason and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. As with most large projects, there were some road blocks and unforeseen issues that delayed things, but Jason and his crew patiently worked through them and came through in the end. Thank you all for your hard work.
Working with the staff of Gateway Pools has been a delight. The care and expertise of their staff is indescribable. Each person we worked with gave us the time to explain our situation, understood the sentimental importance of the pool to our family and proceded to help us accomplish our goal.
