I had no idea when I called that Anthony was going to come directly to me, but it was amazing. I didn’t have to gather up my two boys and take them to a store and wait around for an hour while somebody fixed it, instead he came here and actually entertained the kids as he fixed my phone in under 20 minutes. Chingiz has great customer service! Went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with repair. He arrived at my house on time. When he noticed I needed another repair that needed to be done at his shop he offer to take me there and bring me back. Talk about customer service! Great prices and good quality! Would definitely come back to do my repairs and refer anyone who’s looking for repair.
This was one of the best customer experiences I have had. I cracked my iPhone XR screen really bad and I tracked Easy Phone Fix down on the internet. Very responsive from the get go. Super reasonable cost estimate (based on others I received). The nicest gentlemen came to my house the next morning right at the scheduled time. He replaced the screen in a half hour and thoroughly tested that it worked. I am quite pleased with this outfit. Highly recommended.
