This was our second time exploring Voyageurs National Park by renting a houseboat from Ebel’s. We have only positive things to rave about!! First the staff is amazing!! Katie, Heather, and Justin went above and beyond to help us with everything, even including smoothing out a fiasco when our boat trailer got a flat tire about 6 miles away from them. The houseboats are clean, well taken care of, and have all of the amenities that one could ever ask for when exploring the remote wilderness!! Houseboat is definitely the way to go when spending time in the National Park! We absolutely loved sitting in the hot tub on the top deck watching the stars at night! Hands down the best houseboat outfit for Voyageurs National Park!!!!!

Sincerely the best vacation in the world. The Ebel's are an amazing bunch, and the houseboats are well maintained, comfortable, and roomy. This is my 5th year on a houseboat and I'm going back next year!
What a fantastic peaceful 4 day vacation we all had. Will definately be back again for a longer stay! Everyone was SO helpful. The staff was great. The scenery is awesome! Something for every age!
Hands down my favorite vacation spot. My family and I rent out a Houseboat each year at the end of summer and it is a delightful trip each time. The lake is gorgeous and the houseboats are so much fun to be in. It takes some getting used to when you first learn to drive the boat, but once you do it is so relaxing. We usually boat out to our favorite sites and spend our days reading, cooking, fishing, and exploring all the islands that are on the lake. The boats have generators so my relatives who use CPAPs can still use them on the boat. There is also a kitchen with a stove, oven and fridge and various kitchen supplies.
We rented a boat for a week and had the best time. We had a family emergency the week we originally were supposed to go and they were so great about rescheduling. The boat was so clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. I absolutely recommend and want to go back!!!!
First time ever taking a houseboat. This was fantastic! The staff at Ebel's was very helpful and accommodating. We went for a weekend and next time will be longer. Voyageurs was beyond scenic. Enjoy!
