Mike inspected our pool before purchasing our home 6 months ago and just recently installed a new filter and salt system this past week. We have an Airbnb on our property and needed the broken filter fixed ASAP and Mike was able to accommodate our time crunch. Mike is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything to us, which we really appreciate being new pool owners!! We will definitely continue to use Echo Pool Service for all future pool needs!

Never owned a pool before and it was a mistake telling them that. I was told one price for set up and then a different price for monthly service. Well SURPRISE, I get a bill for 100 more than was agreed plus a supply fee of 150. I normally don't like to complain but I've never heard of businesses charging you more than what was agreed and THEN for supplies. I texted Mike the owner for an explanation and none was offered. Terminated services and then i get a response of \that still leaves Januarys bill\. Absolutely terrible service. Way to treat a disabled veteran. I have hired another service and explained to him the story and he even said it was outrageous. Oh yea and they charge less. Go elsewhere for pool services.
My wife contacted Echo Pool Services in our search for someone who could \get it right\. Other pool services never did. We have a commercial 2-lane lap pool at our home, a salt pool 60' x 15'. So it's a big job. With OTHER services, pumps were too loud, even when replaced; the water was rarely crystal clear; mustard algae was a frequent occurrance; and black algae slowly built up over the years, never addressed. Mike of Echo Pool Services changed all that. The Jandy variable speed pump that he expertly installed is a dream - so quiet that we have to feel the jets to know whether it is on. While we were away for 2 weeks, his staff scrubbed away the black algae, and for the three months that we have been under his care, the pool has been crystal clear. We have never enjoyed it this much. I can text Mike any time on his cell phone and always get a quick response. Echo Pool Services deserves every point on every star of this highest of ratings.
Mike quickly called me back and helped me in a moment of need. Thanks Mike for helping me keep my pool clean while I am deployed!
Called him on Friday late in the day and let him know what the issue was. He let me know that he would call me tomorrow morning and swing by. He kept his word and came by. He assessed the situation and fixed it right there on the spot. He also gave me some helpful information to keep my pool equipment functioning properly. If i run into any issues again, he will be the first person i call.
