We were referred by a friend who had a new pontoon we loved....loungers in the back! They recommended the salesman Michael. He was great, knowledgeable, easy to work with, no pressure and just a great guy. He went beyond his required duties to help us and we would highly recommend Ed Watkins Marina to anyone!! Our pontoon is awesome!

took our boat here after a bad experience with gator and they informed us our engine was bad we agreed to have one ordered.. i was told they could have it in in a couple of weeks , 3 weeks later i called for updates only to be told they hadn't even received the motor yet, but i didn't receive a call or update i was very upset. i was tempted to take it to bass pro but the lady in the office said they'd do what they had to to keep our business as we were about to spend 10k on a engine. so i agreed to leave it there and they said it would take 5 weeks for the new one to come in, here we are over 6 or 7 weeks later and i called for a update only to be told they don't have the engine, at this point my husband is furious that they can't even be bothered to pick up the phone or leave a email or something letting us know of any delays... i began to tell kimberley i understand that it's not their fault the engine hasn't shipped but it is their obligation to call their customer and give updates especially weeks after it was suppose to be done and she literally had the nerve to hang up on me when i was being nice i'd never give a dollar to this place..

This is definitely no longer Denver Marine! I had engine trouble and brought my boat over with in about 30 minutes of my call and they quickly diagnosed the problem to help me determine the next steps. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and knowledgeable. I swore I would never go back due to Denver Marine horrible experiences, but I would recommend trying them again as this is not the same place it used to be.

Why did we drive 5 hours to buy our new 248 SeaPro from Ed Watkins Marine? First and foremost, the customer service. Received contact from the sales staff the morning after submitting an online inquiry after hours. The knowledgeable, professional, and courteous staff facilitated our out-of-state purchase process. We were able to negotiate the sales price and arrange financing over the phone in advance of coming to the dealership. There was no hesitation in arranging a sea trial in 32-degree pending snow weather. Ed Watkins Marine offered the best overall package and features for the price.
