Very poor customer service. Went in and found a carpet we liked but wanted a larger sample just to make sure it would match woodwork and furniture. Sales person said he would order a larger sample to be delivered to our house this was on a Monday he said we should have it by Friday. Friday came and no sample. Called on Monday talked to our sales person and he said he would follow up. In the mean time we set up an app to have them come and measure our floor space he said they Charged 50 dollars to come and Measure our flooring space said they would deduct the 50 off purchased price If we bought from them. They came on a Tuesday measured the floor said they would have a price for us Wednesday morning Wednesday afternoon did not hear back from him called on Friday requesting the quote. The sales person we were working with did not have it ready and he would email it to us no email yet two weeks later. Also told him we have not received the carpet sample. He said he would order it again two day delivery should arrive by Monday Ordered it on Thursday said he would call on Monday to Make sure we received it. Well Monday came no sample no phone call no email. Called back told our sales person we wanted our 50 dollars back our sales person was coming up with all sorts of excuses and said he would have to talk to his manger and he would have him call me back. Well quests what no phone call. Very poor customer service.

Not really happy at all with how the carpet turned out. It's only been 2 to 3 years since the carpet was installed and I have 5 of these bubbles in a 15'x15' room. Weve also stepped on several staples that bent up when they tried to fold it under where the carpet meets the hardwood floor. I saw all the horrible reviews on google but wanted to give them the benefit of doubt so I just called. Guy said that they only cover a year. When the website states there's a lifetime warranty. And when I asked how much it would cost me to have someone come out and re stretch it, I was told they are not doing any repairs at this time.... seems to me that this is clearly a result of how it was installed and should be fixed regardless. After only 2 years? If you cant guarentee a carpet for 2 years maybe you shouldn't be in business. To top it off I was not allowed to talk to the owner and hung up on when I brought up the reviews and the fact they clearly dont care about getting bad ones. I Did not get loud. I didnt use profanity. I remained respectful and still got hung up on... I own a construction company that does alot of exterior work such as siding and roofing. I've never had a call back about any of my work but if someone called me about a roof leaking after even 5 years of my install I would be happy to go and fix whatever went wrong. I would not reccomend. I will not be using them again. I would advise people to find a company that stands behind the work they do...***** less than 24 hours later I got a call back from Heather one of the managers. she said they would fix it. She was very polite. Answered all my questions. And even said she would help file a claim against the warranty from the manufacturer. Nothing but good things to say about this woman. I will be deleting this negative but true post as soon as my carpet is fixed and I will leave a good review. Thank you Heather....

I highly recommend Erskine for your in-home flooring installation. I worked with the team at the Eden Prairie store and was immediately impressed with all the options/colors I had to choose from in luxury vinyl plank. My project consisted of laying plank over my existing tile, and replacing carpet with plank as well. The installers were perfectionists, efficient and professional. From quoting through project completion, Erskine nailed it.
