I had a great experience purchasing my bike here. The staff member I worked with was friendly and helpful and helped me figure out what I need without based on what features are important to me. We have to anticipate with Covid that shipping on just about anything, including the Peloton, can never be guaranteed. I don’t think the shipping date is worth leaving a bad review, that’s not the showrooms fault.

Staff was friendly and Covid safe. Received delivery on the exact date I was told at time of purchase, just had to wait two months but I knew about the timeframe and it was not an issue. Really easy process to purchase with the financing. Love my new bike!

Do not trust what they tell you in the store regarding delivery dates! We ordered on 10/18/2020. The salesman was very nice throughout the experience and told us that he had seen delivery times in the mid to end of November date range. We received the email by the time we got out to the car to schedule our delivery date. The earliest delivery date we were able to get was 1/20/2021. I would have appreciated a more transparent, straightforward estimate even though it was four months out as the delivery time was a factor in our decision to purchase. His estimate completely misled us (the consumer). Do not trust the in store estimates as the distribution model used at Peloton is obviously either overwhelmed or widely inefficient.

Purchased a Tread several weeks ago with delivery scheduled tomorrow, 11/20. Family excited it is arriving and tonight at 8:40 PM, I get an email that they can’t deliver it tomorrow and whoops so sorry, it has been rescheduled to 1/5/21! No reason, no call, no anything, just an email. For spending almost 5k with the warranty, I expect delivery when promised and at the least, would have expected the courtesy of a phone call. If this experience is any indication of Peloton’s level of service or commitment to customers, no thanks. I’ll purchase another treadmill and just use Apple Fitness instead. I had also read many negative reviews about customer service or the tread deck failing and will take this as a sign not to waste any more time and money with Peloton. Canceling the order tomorrow and will save myself several thousand dollars. I suggest if you are reading this review, you may want to thoroughly read the others on the Peloton website. While many are positive, there are a concerning number of negative reviews for good reason.

Delivery cancelled for the second time without a call from peloton. Called customer support and left me with another excuse. Salt in the wound is leaving my house I passed a peloton delivery van. Tanking business and product
