Beware of visiting this place during COVID. I expected to see similar cleaning protocols like they have at urban air where they are sanitizing every 30 minutes. Nope! They never cleaned once. I watched a kid with a snotty nose take his mask off just to chew it, and then sneeze all over what he was climbing on. Additionally, there was a large amount of people not wearing masks. The worst part? The employees were friends with them, and would just stand there casually chatting with people not wearing their masks. Perhaps this is what happens when you leave teenagers to be responsible for super important tasks like that in a pandemic. I spoke to the manager to voice my concerns for my kiddos’ safety. She responded and had everyone around correct their masks and also told the employees to take it seriously. Five minutes later, all the same masks were off. I kept my kiddos in spaces only where people were complying, and we frequently sanitized on our own in order for them to still be able to have a fun and safe night. I would not go back to this place—especially when cleanliness and mask wearing is so important.

Kids had fun but the place was pretty dirty especially the bathroom! There was a hand soap dispenser with no soap and water added to it! No trash can so dirty diapers were thrown on the floor ick! The staff there let the kids do anything and go anywhere they please! Try a different location! This isn’t it!
Very dirty. Litter everywhere and we were there first of the day because we were there for birthday party. Tables were filled with beverages and junk from previous night. Staff did not clean while we were there, so when it opened to public it was still as filthy. Trash on trampolines, food wrappers. Used mask and shirt found in foam pit. Gross. The equipment however was fun and we did burn off energy. If it weren't for the filth and inattentive staff, 5 stars for sure.
Awesome place for kids to get some energy out during the cold winter months. Staff (Chris) was super helpful and accommodating. They have a verity of activities for every age kids. Place was very clean. This place made our day Awesome!
A family fun experience. A lot of fun and quite the workout. This is our second time at this location. I have been to only one other besides this one.
