As soon as I walked in, the whole lobby was a mess, After signing in and filling out the paperwork, i had to pay a copay and I never carry cash with me, I wanted to pay with card,only for them to tell me they dont accept card, only cash, Yeah Thank you for wasting my time and letting me know that!! Horrible service, never coming back again....

I would like to start off by saying very poor communication I'm disappointed in the front staff on the counselor I have been trying for more than a month to get my son into be seen by Miss Celine ..and she personally failled to contact me herself to let me know if the case is closed and why appointments constantly canceled and rescheduled or if the facility is closed failure to contact me to let me know they're going to have to reschedule!!! today I confirmed this morning and Saturday I confirmed my son's appointment and then I get a call from a gentleman trying to let me know about a case being closed but the appointment is still there but basically trying to tell me that they don't want to see my child my autistic little boy has been trying to get in with Miss Celine I have been more than patient for more than a month and you have ran up my patience .my sonmissed school so that he can come to this appointment that in which he won't get an excused absence and I planned this apt to leave work early so it means I'm missing out on work and pay just to get my son seen when you guys are failing to inform me about either cancellations constantly happening and if the case was closed why wasn't I informed by her why didn't anybody call me to leave voicemails because there is never been voice mail. I'm very disappointed in this counseling facility how dare you waste my time I asked to speak with the three owners nobody was in the gentleman will not pass me to speak with anybody where it could have been resolved .. he said they were trying to contact me nobody has ever contacted me in the past months to let me know about my son's case being closed . This is very frustrating and disappointing that I have to miss out on work and being and paid hours I miss out. my son missing out on school. You can not ever replace my time what was wasted .

excelent proffesionals! I can not speal for their entire staff as I only see one counselor; their office staff is easy to get along with and responsive to questions. The one counselor I do see is very good.
