We bought a home on 1 acre of land and mowed it via push mower for about 2 years. Not a horrible job, but it took a lot of time and our mower was struggling. We reached out to Eric & Joe at James River Equipment and had a great experience. We were able to stay within our budget, receive our mower as soon as it was delivered to the store, and Joe gave my husband a walkthrough on how to properly use and maintain the equipment. We recently received a letter from the team thanking us for our purchase and letting us know that they're there if we need anything at all. You definitely won't receive the same personalized care from a large chain store. Really appreciate these guys!
