I called Efficient in September to help with some roof repairs on my parents house in apache junction. It was for sale, and repairs needed to be done quickly and good quality. They did the job wonderfully and gave my parents good service. I'd recommend working with these folks.
The Apache Junction Community Development Corporation works with folks who have maintenance needs and no ability to do the work. We recently were working with a Veteran and noticed his roof was in need of repair & with the AZ monsoon season coming on it was important to get the roof repaired for this Veteran. Efficient Roofing stepped up and made the needed repairs without cost to the CDC nor the Veteran. They completed the work before a monsoon storm started. Efficient Roofing are professional & community minded. Thanks to them for doing the repair at no charge.
We had solar panels removed and needed some repairs. We called Efficient for a quote and then just decided to have them patch the holes and just redo the whole roof, figured it needed it time wise. They were quick with responding for a quote and was very reasonably priced as well! Called when they were on their way and showed up right on time! Cleaned up any mess/materials and everything looks great on our new roof!
Efficient Roofing did a great job with the re roof of my home. Then and after being remarried they repaired my wife’s roof . It wasn’t super smoothe and took more work than originally quoted but they finished all the repairs . It looks great and they offered me a veterans discount to ease the pain of a little extra expense for work that was needed! Their excellent warranties helped with the sale of these two homes.
