I would give less than 1 star if it were possible! If there is one thing I can count on, it is that Ehrhart Energy WILL LET US RUN OUT OF PROPANE DURING THE COLDEST TIME OF THE YEAR! Have been on automatic delivery for over 16 years...and every year they still manage to let us run completely out of propane! Will be calling around for a different supplier on Monday 2/1/2021 and switching asap! Tired of the sorry excuses...which seems to be the only thing they are full of.

Overpriced and under managed. No veterans discount and are charging incorrect fill amounts. I checked my tank prior to their arrival and compared values once I received the bill and they're fluffing the numbers the math doesn't add up. By the looks of the reviews I'm going to have a tough time with customer service during my switch to a better propane provider. For the other educated people out there fumbling through these reviews turn around and google an alternative company.
Terribly over priced! Was given multiple meters unnecessarily on a single home, only to find out after a few years they were charging each meter individually monthly to read plus the overpriced propane...even after cancelling my account and going to another provider 3 months later, they’re trying to sneak charges in my autopay!
Thank you for backing up my friend's driveway 3/10 mile to deliver propane today in the hills of Brooktondale 2-24-21. Not an easy task!
