This place is serious about protecting you from Covid-19: You must wait outside, then before you come in, your temp is taken. Once you're inside, you immediately go to a sink to wash your hands. All equipment is wiped down between patients, and often in front of you. The entire facility is spotless. Additionally, for the exam - all staff is friendly and informative, explaining every test before administering it. Dr Courtney Hongo is a great optometrist, listening and explaining and answering any questions. I highly recommend.

I spoke to Liz initially to set up appointment and she was extremely helpful by looking up my insurance information because I had no idea what my group number was? Awesome Customer service! I arrived early because I forgot my appointment time but they accommodated me anyway!! Great service from the receptionist, X-ray tech, doctor and sales. That was my very first eye exam ever and it was wonderful! Thanks guys for helping me see better!!!
