Our water softener was leaking as determined by the salt residue in the floor next to our Kenmore unit. The rep from JC came out on time and fixed our unit for the cost of the trip fee 97. We were concerned that we needed a new unit but it was a pretty quick fix. Their rep Jadon was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Thank you! Two thumbs up!
