I had major issues with an install done by someone else. I called and spoke with Jacob. From the first call he was honest and eager to help. He made my appointment for the next day and came in on his day off. He said it was \sad that someone did this to your beautiful car.\ They took it all apart. Removed the \fire hazards\ and started from scratch. I had wires hanging, no fuse links, horrible ground, amp over heating, car not turning completely off, amp cutting off, electrical sounds in speakers ... And more. A complete mess. These guys not only did the rewire, they added all the missing components, swapped out my stock speakers, updated my lc2 to an lc6... Jacob BUILT AN AMP WALL They made my total mess look and sound amazing!!! This is the place to go if you have any issues with a bad install or if you just need new stuff added. They get 1000 stars from me. They seemed to enjoy what they were doing. They were patient with my endless questions, laughed at my jokes, and bought me a slushie Oh AND they mounted the 6x9s I had holes cut for but the previous dummies didn't bother to mount. I worked mainly with Jacob, but even the owner was involved and had his head and at times his entire body buried in the belly of this beast. I love this place. pictures start with before and end with after. They will be customizing my trunk as well as some other custom work starting around February...... I'll be sure to share.

I have absolutely nothing but the best things to say about this shop and its employees. They installed my new headunit and rear speakers. The rear speakers didn't quite fit, but they were able to suggest great optional solutions to make it work. Each step of the way, they communicated effectively and had very customer-oriented service. I will never go anywhere else for my audio needs and I highly recommend everyone visit them. You will be grateful you gave your business to them.

5 days to get it done. Just 4 speakers and a stereo. Lost a light cover for me, got my panels dirty and left wires hanging.
