Great place to have storage. Access to building is great. Staff has always been helpful and friendly over the last six years I have used this facility. Krystal was very professional in helping me closing out my account recently. I told her I always recommend this place for storage to others and will be back myself if need be. As a first time storage unit user, their services were amazing! From the moment I called the online customer service number to the quick follow-up from the store manager herself, shout out to Krystle, they were all professional and very helpful. They answered all my questions, which was A LOT, and made me feel reassured that my belongs would be secure. The building is clean, has multiple access points to get to your unit quickly, and maps to help you find your way. Also, their units are indoor and on one level, so no cramming stuff into elevators. The option to rent moving vehicles is a plus as well. I would highly recommend them and will use their services again if needed!
This facility is very clean, well lit and climate controlled. Store Manager Krystle Geyer is always very helpful with any needs. I really appreciate the outstanding customer service!
