This was the second time I used PODS and it couldn’t have gone more smoothly! Was as easy as it was last time and the drivers were all very pleasant. I wil continue to tell people about PODS and recommend it as a nice alternative.

Awful customer service, I DO not recommend PODS, I should have listened to the reviews. I closed on my house today and the POD was supposed to be picked up at 12pm-3pm I get a call today saying " the driver called off and we cannot pickup your Pod until Oct 1st" what! So now the Pod is at my old home,the new owners are furious and I cannot get a straight answer from Pods. I've called 3times and they keep saying I CHANGED THE date, I did not! If anyone could help me I would appreciate it,I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in this company and would not recommend them at all.

Straight forward on price.. on time pod delivery and pick up, everything can be done through their website will definitely continue using their services !

The 1 star is only for a few people within customer service that actually tried to help my situation. Communication between all parties is terrible. I scheduled my POD to be delivered on 8/22 10 days prior to the actual delivery date. I was not contacted prior to the day of delivery, then received a call from the delivery driver asking for the size of the driveway. He confirmed he needed 12 ft by 16 ft clearance, which I provided 14 ft by 20 ft. My delivery window was between 10:30 and 1:30 PM. By 1:45, I still had not received my belongings, so I called the driver back. He confirmed he would not be delivering the POD as 'upper management' made the decision that they wouldn't deliver. I was told I'd be contacted by someone within PODs management on 8/22. It's now 8/28 and I have yet to be contacted by the company. I've spent approx. 3 hours on the phone with CS and billing. Finally, someone in CS submitted a delivery dispute for me, but I have not been contacted about that yet either. I was told the only way to get my belongings was to do a self pickup, because nobody could get ahold of anyone at the Elgin warehouse to schedule a re-delivery. I picked up my belongings on 8/24, then was still charged for a delivery, as well as 1 month's rent for 8/25-9/24, even though my POD had been cleared. EXTREMELY disappointed in the service provided. I will steer anyone interested in PODs to a competitor or suggest hiring movers in the future. This has been a terrible experience.

The whole idea of Pods is you store stuff, and then have it delivered to where you live later.... except if you move to Montana. They don't deliver there.

The Driver of my POD did not even get out of the vehicle to check if we were home which, WE WERE! He drove off with ALL OUR STUFF. This is an extreme inconvenience and I do not reccomend PODS to anyone who needs to move. It would be more reliable to get a U-haul and park it for a month.

Not reliable service!! They are not timely about anything, and tend to not be available when you need to call them. Tried to get POD removed from my driveway 2 weeks early as we were done and Elgin location refused to call back (claimed they only call back new and inquiring customers) and national customer service lines refused to help. A moving truck and some movers for a local job is better spent.

Driver Keith was 2 hours early for pickup window, rude to my wife, attempted to hide his identity when asked for his name and refused to identify his supervisor when we expressed our displeasure with his service. Need to learn to treat your customers with respect and train drivers better since they are the face of your company.
