I had to get a rental unit in the Elgin area for eight months and I am extremely glad that I chose SmartStop. Cheryl and her team had phenomenal customer service and they always kept the place very clean. On many of my stops there Cheryl was out cleaning or inspecting units, and all the overhead doors received a fresh coat of paint while I had a unit there. If you are looking for a storage unit in this area, SmartStop is definitely the place to go
Inquired on Monday via web and was quickly called by Ashley who was very accommodating and pleasant. Stopped in today and she showed me available units, rates and discussed benefits and security.
