Awful customer service! Ordered from them at IX Center Christmas Connection. They sent a sweatshirt that was blue when I ordered dark grey. I offered to return the blue and pay for shipping if she would put it on a black shirt since this is their version of grey. She told me to return and “she would decide what color it is”. If “she thought it was blue she would redo it on black” but.....” if she feels it’s grey she would return to me COD” Really?!? Now I’m letting the bank handle it.

I was kind of disappointed with my experience. I left a message to find out when my items would arrive, never got a call back. Then I received a call to meet for pick up, and no one arrived to meet me. Then I was told that the items would be dropped to my home and that never happened either. Clearly there's some lack of communication. The ladies were very nice when I ordered, but that was literally the only positive in this situation.
