I pay for dumpster pick up twice per month and remit my bill on time every month, yet have not received the services I have paid for on multiple occasions over the past two years. On the most recent occurrence, the dumpster was supposed to get picked up on Monday almost two weeks ago and when it didn’t, I waited another week.. again, a no-show.. finally called today and was told it was not picked up two weeks ago because of snow. Even if it was too snowy that day, I would have expected it to get picked up that week or at worst, the following week but NOPE. To top it off, the customer service rep stated the first time it would be able to get picked up, is this coming Monday (which is the regularly scheduled date), so if you enjoy paying for services that don’t get rendered, 10/10 recommend! When asked if the account would be credited, that was a “no” and I was told the truck would now come tomorrow - beyond frustrating.

I started my relationship with Big's around August 2020. I finally got rid of a contract with a certain green overpriced garbage company and never looked back! Big's Sanitation has been absolutely amazing! The guys do a great job of emptying my dumpster and recycling tote. The Office personnel do a great job of answering questions I have or even dealing with missed pickups which only happened once because of a truck breakdown! There is something special about having a good professional relationship with a company. It's getting harder and harder to find these days! If you've seen any of my reviews before, you'll see that I'm honest and even passionate about sharing my experiences. Not only do I give Big's 5 stars, I also give them my personal best rating of TWO THUMBS UP! Happy holidays Big's! Thanks for the great service and great pricing!
Skipped my house last week. Week before that they broke the lid off my new garbage can and left it in the street. I called and was told they’d be out and they never came. And garbage pickup is EXPENSIVE.. plus it is a monopoly.
Very pleased with their service. Guys always pick up our trash on time and they take everything! Rented a dumpster a few years ago and plan to do it again this month. Best price I found too. Nice customer service too.
I own my home and pay my garbage bill faithfully yet why will these guys not take my garbage. He's left the same can full for 3 weeks straight because it has broken glass in it! Is he not strong enough to pick it up? I can with my left hand! The thrower cursed me out last week! Not very professional! ,(and if I were to loose my composer I'd be wrong...right???)
