I am writing a review regarding the wonderful customer service I received recently. I live out of state, but was in town for business and since I work with an artist back home that works with glass, I am always looking to find some donated safety glass. Most places don’t want to bother with me, and I had already called several glass shops around with no results. So I called on a Friday and spoke with Felix. He was very pleasant, accommodating and willing to look for something he can give me. When I picked it up he was helpful and very friendly. I offered to pay something for his time and effort, but he would accept it. Thank you Felix.
