Our dryer was heating but not drying our clothes. We contacted ZACH-VAC (due to their great reviews) to clean out our clogged dryer vent. We were able to make a same day appointment. The guy who came out honored our request to wear a mask inside our home. He also wore shoe covers. He was very professional and quick. He even brought the bag of lint in to show me when he was finished. The dryer is working great now. I'm happy we contacted this company.

The owner answers the phone when you call and is very professional and informative. The appointments were easy to make and within two weeks. The technicians were very professional, on time and offered their card before entering the home. They asked if I wanted them to wear a mask in my home and wore booties the entire time. Very personable and easy to work with. They were understanding of my situation with young children, a dog and cat. They worked around any obstacle. At the end the technician provided before and after photos of all the ducts. Total time 3 hours for a ranch home which is consistent with the estimate provided at booking. Very reasonable price compared to other groups. The vacuum was provided from their truck outside so there was noise but that is expected. I did not have any mess or dirt to clean up after. The next morning I was provided with all of the photos and a simple text that hoped we slept better and breathing easier this morning. I highly recommend this company for duct cleaning for their professionalism, efficiency, cost and overall personal approach to a business.

Would definitely recommend the awesome team at Zach-Vac to anyone looking for have their HVAC ducts professionally cleaned. We were referred to them by our HVAC service company after purchasing the home. Our service technicians, Cody and Tyler, were absolutely great--as they took the time to explain the process and setup protective items (corner protectors, \booties\, a zippered service door, etc.) to ensure the home was kept clean and damage free during the entire process. They worked diligently to clean all our ductwork, including the trunk lines, branches, and register faceplates. As they say, pictures (before and after pics below) are worth 1,000 words—and \seeing\ is believing. Thanks again to Cody and Tyler!
