Its been about a month since I had a remote start installed and since day 1 everything started bad. Technician left a bunch of wires hanging from the bottom of my steering wheel and a didn’t screw the cap back on. Next day truck completely died after they left the battery wires lose. Having constant issue with turning on with the remote. It takes a few times before actually turning on with the control. And one of the controls does not work to turn on. I went out and bought a brand new gel battery and it still doesn’t turn on properly. Its has just been a terrible experience with this remote starter. I ask for it to be rechecked because evidently the technician didn’t do a good job and something is wrong with either the wiring or the way it was installed. As of today nothing has been done.
Installed my radio unit 4 years ago and installing a new one today. Great place, reasonable prices and great service staff.
